Patient Participation Group
A priority of the Merton Clinical Commissioning Group is for patients to feel heard and listened to. Patients also need the right information to manage their own health effectively.
You can get involved in your GP practice’s Patient Participation Group (PPG). These groups are an opportunity to get involved in local health issues which affect you as a patient.
As a PPG member, you can find out more about changes taking place in the NHS and have your say on how you think they will impact patient care. PPGs are also a discussion forum for practices and patients to talk about issues such as improving service, and health promotion and education.
Speak to your GP practice about their PPG to get involved.
