New Independent Nurse Member for the Governing Body of Merton CCG​


Julie Hall has been confirmed as the new Independent Nurse Member for the Governing Body of Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). She takes over from Sally Thomson.

 

Dr Andrew Murray, Chair of Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) said: “I am delighted to welcome Julie to the Governing Body. Her experience as a Director of Nursing for two NHS trusts and, previously, Deputy Director Quality Safety and Patient Experience for another CCG will prove invaluable as Merton CCG continues to develop a Whole Merton approach and ensuring that the patient voice is at the heart of everything that we do. 

 

”I would also particularly like to thank Sally Thomson for her support and involvement in promoting the CCG’s commitment to ensuring the highest quality clinical services for the people we serve.

 

Julie will take up the role on 21 July. The appointment follows an open competition and is for two years with the option of reappointment. The time commitment for the role is two days per month.
