Meetings of the Governing Body must be held in public, except where the CCG believes that it would not be in the public interest because the meeting will contain something of a confidential nature, or for other special reasons laid out in the resolution.

Agenda and papers for the meeting are posted online at least three days in advance unless there are exceptional circumstances.

A limited number (of the agenda) are also available at the meeting on a first come, first served basis and a copy can be viewed at the CCG office.

Committees in Common

The six Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in South West London (Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth) have agreed to establish a ‘Committees in Common’ to make  decisions as a group of CCGs together. The effective commissioning of health care sometimes needs decisions to be made for populations larger than a single  CCG.

The first meeting of our ‘Committees in Common’ will take place on

Thursday 16 November 5-7pm
Meeting room 6.3
120 The Broadway
Wimbledon

Only one agenda item is expected, agenda and papers will be on the CCGs websites one week before the meeting. All are welcome to attend this meeting in public.
